Specimen Collection and Shipping Supplies

Startup supplies will be sent to your location(s) containing collection and shipping supplies you need to get started. Our Supply Center will fulfill reorders as needed or on a predetermined schedule that meets your workflow needs.


Dedicated Courier Network for Expedited Sample Delivery

Dominion's Client Services Department has established a private courier network to provide exclusive shipping routes and services across the country. In most locations, routine specimen shipping with "Next Flight Out" service provided by our courier partners is available.  Over 60% of shipped specimens are delivered to Dominion Diagnostics by 12 a.m. ET (midnight) to support three shifts of laboratory operations. All shipping charges are paid by Dominion Diagnostics.

Our Call Center representatives will personally assist you with specimen collection questions, shipment inquiries, account updates, collection management needs, and online services support.


Specimen Collection Support Services

If legally permitted in your State and appropriate for your practice or program, Dominion Diagnostics may provide access to a contracted specimen collector.
